Overview:

- Departure from San Miguel de Allende at 9:30 a.m.
- Arrival to the town of Atotonilco.

- Experience and tasting of sreet food vendors.

- Visit to the sanctuary and church of Atotonilco, famous for its murals.

- We will tour the beautiful vineyards of "Cuna de Tierra" inside and out in Dolores Hidalgo. Learning about the process of production.
- Lunch in the vineyard accompanied by a wine tasting.

- Visit to "El Proyecto de Lavanda" in Dolores Hidalgo. A place dedicated to the cultivation and production of lavender flowers.

- Return to San Miguel de Allende.

- A special pairing dinner by Eric Miranda.
